4.1 Delivery Area We currently ship within Singapore only. 

4.2 Processing Time Orders are processed within 2 business days of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

4.3 Delivery Time & Fees

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days, at $5 (free shipping above $65)
  

4.4 Courier Partner Orders are fulfilled via Easyparcel's Logistic Fleets.  Tracking details are sent to your email once your order ships.

4.5 Delivery Issues If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged in transit, contact hello@michinokufarmsg.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date with your order number for resolution.

4.6 Undeliverable Orders Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may incur re-shipment fees.
